PZ-7D concrete shotcrete machine has the following characteristics:



Labor-saving and time-saving achieved through the use of a rotor type unbonded material cavity, ensuring smooth discharge and reducing labor and time consumption;



Excellent sealing effect is achieved through four-point elastic compensation compression, resulting in minimal dust accumulation near the machine and prolonging the service life of wearing parts;



The spray material is distributed uniformly and steadily by utilizing low pressure and high-speed vortex air transportation, effectively overcoming issues such as bonding, tube blocking, and pulse breaking during material transportation. This ensures a consistent, continuous, and stable flow of materials;



Enhanced spraying effect is achieved with the implementation of new nozzles and discharge elbow devices, resulting in reduced rebounding effects and improved quality of sprayed layers.
